• • As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge AI platforms. Your primary focus will be to lead the comprehensive redesign of our user onboarding processes and to ensure a seamless, consistent, and intuitive cross-platform experience across both our mobile and web applications.
• • This critical role demands a strategic approach to enhancing usability, driving user engagement, and ultimately elevating overall user satisfaction. You will be instrumental in creating a unified and delightful user journey, regardless of the platform or device.
• • A key aspect of this position involves leveraging advanced AI-assisted design tools to significantly accelerate the ideation, prototyping, and iteration phases of the design lifecycle. This innovative approach will allow for faster exploration of design concepts and more efficient development of user interfaces.
• • You will collaborate closely and continuously with our engineering teams, translating your design vision into high-quality, implementable design specifications that meet both user needs and technical requirements.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end redesign and optimization of the user onboarding experience, meticulously tailored for diverse mobile and web user personas. This includes mapping out user journeys, defining interaction models, and implementing targeted usability improvements to ensure a smooth and effective initial user engagement.
• • You will be tasked with creating intuitive, consistent, and unified cross-platform workflows, ensuring that users have a predictable and efficient experience whether they are on a mobile device or a desktop.
• • A significant part of your role will involve utilizing AI-assisted design tools such as Fima AI, Uizard, Galileo, or similar platforms. These tools will be employed for rapid wireframing, generating diverse exploratory design options, and automating the creation of UI variants to expedite the ideation process.
• • You will be expected to integrate these AI-driven workflows seamlessly into your design process, thereby enhancing both speed and overall efficiency without compromising on design quality or user-centricity.
• • Delivering clear, detailed design specifications and meticulously prepared assets for engineering implementation is a core duty. This includes providing comprehensive documentation that guides developers in accurately bringing the designs to life.
• • Close collaboration with product managers and developers is essential to guarantee the precise execution of design concepts. You will act as a bridge between design intent and technical reality, ensuring alignment throughout the development cycle.
• • You will be responsible for validating design feasibility, developing responsive and mobile-specific variants, and providing crucial support to the Quality Assurance (QA) team during the implementation phase to ensure a polished final product.
