  • • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients globally through trusted, personalized relationship management.
  • • Drive key performance indicators including revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform by executing data-driven strategies tailored to VIP client needs.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for Kraken’s top private clients, building deep, long-term relationships based on trust and exclusivity.
  • • Expand and enhance Kraken’s VIP programme by designing and implementing initiatives that increase client engagement, activity, and loyalty.
  • • Leverage blockchain analytics, trading data, and client insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product adoption across Kraken’s suite (Pro, Desktop, Wallet, Futures).
  • • Partner with product, marketing, and client service teams to champion new features and benefits that elevate the VIP experience and maintain competitive differentiation.
  • • Bring Kraken’s private client offerings to market with precision, ensuring benefits remain impactful, relevant, and aligned with industry standards for HNWIs.
  • • Actively nurture and expand a personal network within the crypto industry, particularly among high-net-worth individuals and institutional players.
  • • Stay ahead of cryptocurrency market dynamics, ecosystem developments, and emerging trends beyond blue-chip tokens to provide informed, strategic guidance to clients.
  • • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, embracing bold initiatives and iterating quickly based on feedback and results.
  • • Travel up to 15% of the time to meet clients in person and attend industry events.
  • • Fully align with Kraken’s cypherpunk values and mission to accelerate global crypto adoption and financial inclusion.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with Kraken’s product suite, including spot, margin, futures, OTC trading, and lending solutions.
  • • Apply scrappy, creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and unlock new growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally across diverse teams and backgrounds to ensure seamless client experiences and internal alignment on VIP priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space with a proven track record working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • • Deep understanding of crypto trading products: spot, margin, futures, OTC trading, and lending.
  • • Strong personal network within the crypto industry, particularly among HNWIs.
  • • Highly data-driven with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as client portfolio revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform.
  • • Fluency in English.
  • • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
