- • As a Site Reliability Engineer at Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd., you will own the health, performance, and delivery of infrastructure for a key client, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient while bridging engineering and operations through automation and data-driven practices.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain scalable infrastructure, define and track SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, eliminate toil through automation and infrastructure-as-code, improve CI/CD pipelines for safe and frequent releases, collaborate with software and QA teams to embed reliability early, apply AI/AIOps for intelligent monitoring and remediation, lead blameless incident response and postmortems, and mentor engineers to raise operational standards across the team.
- • You will join Mobile Wave Solutions, a professional services company specializing in software development as a service, with over 120 engineers dedicated to delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions globally. The company empowers businesses by providing expert engineering teams that drive innovation and reliability.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern SRE and DevOps practices, gain hands-on experience with AI/AIOps integration, strengthen your leadership in defining reliability standards, and become a trusted advisor in shaping resilient, observable, and efficient systems that impact client success at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering role with end-to-end system ownership
- • Strong grasp of reliability engineering fundamentals including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction
- • Hands-on experience designing, modernizing, and operating CI/CD pipelines
- • Solid infrastructure-as-code skills using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python/Go/Bash) for automation
- • Strong observability experience with metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, OpenTelemetry)
- • Applied experience using AI/AIOps for anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, noise reduction, or automated remediation
- • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with engineers and QA toward shared reliability goals
- • Demonstrated technical leadership in mentoring engineers, driving cross-team initiatives, and influencing engineering practices
