📋 Description

• As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on Incident Response at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, observability, and resilience of the company’s AI-powered offensive security platform, which autonomously discovers and validates vulnerabilities to help organizations stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. Your work directly supports the mission of putting security ahead in the AI-driven arms race by maintaining production systems that enable rapid, reliable delivery of cutting-edge security insights.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated reliability tooling, defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs), managing infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), leading incident response during local South Korean business hours as part of a follow-the-sun model, conducting root-cause analyses (RCAs), analyzing incident trends to drive preventive improvements, and maintaining internal and customer-facing status dashboards that communicate system health and uptime with transparency.
• You will collaborate closely with infrastructure and feature teams to review architectural changes for scalability, reliability, and capacity impact, ensuring that system evolution aligns with performance and resilience goals while supporting rapid product scaling in a high-stakes security environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native reliability practices, gain hands-on experience with advanced observability stacks (including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Datadog), and contribute to a mission-driven organization at the forefront of AI and cybersecurity innovation, working alongside world-class AI researchers and legendary security experts who have achieved #1 rankings on HackerOne’s global leaderboard.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript for building and maintaining automation tooling and internal systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including core services and operational best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Solid expertise in Linux systems administration, along with proven experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (particularly GitHub Actions) for infrastructure automation.
• Background in infrastructure automation and/or incident response, with demonstrated ability to manage system reliability and lead or contribute to root-cause investigations.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Datadog to ensure system visibility and alerting effectiveness.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken, to support effective collaboration across global teams and incident response during local business hours.
