• • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• • Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support organizational planning.
• • Perform timely account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and adherence to company policies.
• • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• • Ensure full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, and company policies.
• • Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate, organized documentation as requested.
• • Assist with tax preparation and related filings, including gathering necessary data and coordinating with external tax advisors.
• • Perform additional accounting duties and special projects as assigned to support the evolving needs of the finance team.
