📋 Description

• • As a Staff Analyst, Care at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will serve as a strategic analytics partner within the Care Analytics team, driving data-informed decisions that improve patient care quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes across the end-to-end patient journey.
• • Day to day, you will own high-impact analytical problems from definition to execution, translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, lead deep dives into care operations and patient journeys, define and maintain core KPIs, build scalable dashboards, collaborate with analytics engineering on data models, mentor junior analysts, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders to influence cross-functional roadmaps.
