• • This is a high-impact position within our dynamic Data & GenAI team, where your primary responsibility will be to architect and guide the development of robust systems that empower multiple product teams to seamlessly integrate reliable, AI-powered features at scale across the entire Teamworks platform.
• • You will be instrumental in establishing foundational architectural patterns, building core platform capabilities, and providing essential technical leadership to transition Teamworks from AI experimentation to the deployment of trusted, production-ready AI systems.
• • Your core duties will involve designing and defining the overarching architecture for production AI systems, encompassing critical components such as model orchestration services, versatile tool execution layers, comprehensive evaluation pipelines, and essential guardrail mechanisms to ensure safety and efficacy.
• • You will take ownership of building reusable, backend platform components that abstract away complex infrastructure, enabling product teams to effortlessly integrate AI-powered capabilities into their offerings without the need to redevelop fundamental infrastructure.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to rigorously evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns, prioritizing long-term scalability, unwavering reliability, and optimal team productivity.
• • You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing stringent engineering standards for the entire lifecycle of AI systems in production, including best practices for building, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and continuous operation, with a strong emphasis on monitoring, performance evaluation, and robust failure handling.
• • You will lead the design and successful delivery of foundational platform capabilities that serve as the bedrock for multiple teams, empowering them to efficiently build and deploy innovative AI-powered product features.
