- • Staff Backend Engineer – Rust role focused on building and expanding a large-scale healthcare data platform and member management solution for a U.S.-based healthcare technology company, contributing to AI-powered initiatives and mentoring engineers while shaping technical direction and engineering culture.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs, taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment, improving engineering standards, participating in architecture discussions, and writing clean, maintainable, well-tested, production-ready code.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong hands-on experience with Rust in production environments
- • Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs
- • Proven experience building and launching AI-powered products or projects
- • Strong understanding of software architecture and backend system design
- • English proficiency at C1 (written and verbal)
