📋 Description

• As a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Supply Chain Planning at DexCom, you will serve as the IT subject matter expert and primary liaison for Global Supply Chain Planning, partnering closely with business teams to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• You will lead end-to-end solution design for planning capabilities, including Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Management, and integration with Anaplan Demand Planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture standards, while driving delivery of Supply Chain Planning initiatives such as new implementations, enhancements, technology upgrades, and compliance-driven projects.
• You will join DexCom’s Global IT Team, a diverse group of passionate professionals dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and making a global impact by improving health outcomes through continuous glucose monitoring technology and expanding into broader consumer health solutions.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise supply chain systems, strengthen your ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications, and grow your leadership in cross-functional, global project delivery—directly contributing to DexCom’s mission of empowering people to take control of their health.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven industry experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions in a global, complex enterprise environment.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, with strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and ASCP / Supply Planning modules.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Demand Management, with Anaplan Demand Planning experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of planning system integrations and data flows, with hands-on experience collaborating on solutions involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kafka, APIs, web services, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong capability in business process modeling, functional analysis, and documentation, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and global teams, including business users, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, Testing, and Project Management.
