📋 Description

• As a Staff Cybersecurity Evangelist for the DACH region, you will serve as the leading technical voice of Eye Security, representing the company at conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner engagements to establish trusted authority in cybersecurity and Managed Detection & Response (MDR).
• You will translate real-world cyber incidents and threats into compelling content, collaborate with Security Operations and Research to ensure technical accuracy, and support strategic customer and partner engagements through workshops, briefings, and trusted-advisor conversations.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Eye Security, a fast-growing European cybersecurity provider combining cutting-edge technology with embedded cyber insurance, backed by professionals from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in MDR, threat intelligence, and security operations while shaping Eye Security’s market perception across DACH, building your personal brand as a cybersecurity thought leader, and contributing to a safer digital future for European organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ideally across Incident Response, Security Operations, MDR, Threat Intelligence, or Cyber Defense
• Exceptional communication, public-speaking, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
• Experience representing an organization externally through conferences, webinars, podcasts, industry events, media engagements, or similar activities
• Strong understanding of modern security operations and detection technologies (MDR, XDR, SIEM, EDR, Threat Detection & Response)
• Ability to build credibility and work effectively with security practitioners, executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Professional fluency in German and English
