- • We are hiring 4-6 Staff Data Scientists to drive impact in growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • As a Staff Data Scientist, you will sit on our central Data Science & Analytics team but be embedded in one of Jerry's core business areas.
- • You will own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end, defining the right problems, data and insights, and driving outcomes.
- • You will work closely with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- • You will have the opportunity to work on complex problems, drive business outcomes, and make a tangible impact on the company's trajectory.
- • You will be part of a team of 14 insatiable learners who care deeply about solving difficult problems and making a tangible impact.
- • You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from growth marketing to product development, and AI & automation.
- • You will be responsible for defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, designing experiments, and surfacing data insights that move your team's key metrics.
- • You will be expected to communicate complex findings to stakeholders and drive decisions.
- • You will be responsible for owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tools, including SQL, Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.
