• • As a Staff Developer on the newly formed Usage-Based Billing Team at 1Password, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our monetization strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield initiative, building the foundational platform that will enable 1Password to effectively monetize its expanding suite of multi-product offerings.
• • You will be instrumental in ensuring a transparent, reliable, and customer-centric billing experience, directly impacting our revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role demands a senior-level engineer with a deep understanding of complex systems and a proven ability to drive significant organizational impact through technical leadership.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to set the technical vision for the Usage-Based Billing product area. This involves defining and leading a 12-month technical roadmap, with a strong emphasis on establishing robust foundational capabilities. These include critical architectural improvements, the development of sophisticated testing infrastructure, and the refinement of development practices that will amplify the entire team's impact and efficiency.
