📋 Description

• As a Staff DevOps Engineer focused on Developer Infrastructure at Luxury Presence, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the AI-powered growth platform that serves over 87,000 real estate professionals nationwide, including top-producing agents recognized by WSJ Real Trends. Your work will directly impact the reliability, speed, and developer experience of systems that enable real estate agents to grow their businesses through intelligent automation, CRM integration, and AI-driven marketing tools. In a high-growth Series C company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and targeting $100M ARR within six months, your contributions will be critical to maintaining platform stability during rapid expansion.
• You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and AWS, ensuring seamless provisioning of development, staging, and production environments. Your day-to-day includes building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to enable safe, frequent deployments; implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting via Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack to ensure system health; collaborating with software engineers to define golden paths and paved roads that reduce cognitive load and accelerate feature delivery; conducting regular infrastructure audits for security compliance and cost optimization; and mentoring junior engineers while driving adoption of DevOps best practices across teams.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and developer experience optimization while gaining exposure to AI/ML-powered applications in the proptech space. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the long-term technical strategy for developer infrastructure, influence architecture decisions that affect hundreds of engineers and thousands of end-users, and grow into a technical leader within the organization. Success in this role means enabling faster innovation cycles, reducing toil for engineering teams, and directly contributing to the company’s ability to scale its AI growth platform to meet ambitious revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering with a strong focus on AWS infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar tools in high-throughput environments.
• Deep knowledge of observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic for monitoring, logging, and tracing distributed systems.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go, with experience building internal developer platforms or tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, ECS) and containerization (Docker, Helm) in production environments at scale.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of partnering with software engineers to improve developer experience and reduce deployment friction.
