📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team at Nagarro SE. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
• As a Staff Engineer (AI), you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. Your primary focus will be on building high-quality, agentic AI applications that leverage the latest advancements in the field.
• You will play a pivotal role in optimizing agentic engineering, ensuring our AI systems are efficient, scalable, and robust. This involves deep dives into the architecture and performance of AI agents, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing sophisticated solutions.
• A core responsibility will be the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes understanding the nuances of model behavior, adapting them to specific use cases, and enhancing their performance through meticulous parameter adjustments and data curation.
• You will be instrumental in system integration, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between various AI components and existing enterprise systems. This requires a strong understanding of how different technologies interact and how to build cohesive, functional AI ecosystems.
• Data integration is another critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for developing strategies and implementing solutions to effectively integrate diverse datasets into our AI models, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and relevance for training and inference.
