• • Staff Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure & Security is a senior technical role focused on designing, building, and securing scalable cloud infrastructure that powers HighLevel’s AI-driven business operating system serving over 1 million businesses globally.
• • Day to day, the engineer will architect and optimize cloud-native systems across 250+ microservices, manage distributed data at 250TB scale, ensure security and compliance of infrastructure handling 4B+ daily API hits and 2.5B message events, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system resilience and performance, and mentor junior engineers while driving ownership of critical platform components.
• • The team operates within a global, remote-first organization of over 2,000 members across 10+ countries, where initiative, clarity, and execution are valued, and engineers are empowered to build systems that support millions of businesses worldwide with a focus on performance, resilience, and long-term scalability.
