đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end technical vision for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations that power patient-centric digital health experiences for Fortune-500 healthcare providers, payers, and life-science companies.
- • Architect scalable, HIPAA-compliant solutions on Sales Cloud & Health Cloud that integrate EMR/EHR systems, claims platforms, and third-party wellness applications through REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, and HL7 FHIR standards.
- • Write, review, and merge production-grade Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) that handle 10M+ patient records while maintaining <200 ms API response times.
- • Translate complex clinical workflows—care plans, prior authorizations, provider credentialing—into configurable Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Omni-Channel routing that reduce manual effort by 40%.
- • Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, care coordinators, and compliance officers to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, then craft epics, user stories, and technical spikes with clear acceptance criteria.
- • Define the integration, security, and data-residency blueprint for multi-cloud landscapes spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and Azure; ensure alignment with HITRUST, SOC 2, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- • Drive continuous delivery via Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and scratch-org pipelines; enforce code-quality gates (PMD, CodeScan, 85% test coverage) and automated security scanning before every merge.
- • Mentor a distributed team of 6–10 developers and admins through pair-programming, lightning-fast code reviews, and weekly architecture guilds; foster a culture of experimentation and blameless post-mortems.
- • Create and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for multi-sprint modules, produce defendable effort estimates, and proactively flag scope creep or technical debt to program leadership.
- • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) on emerging Salesforce features—Einstein Analytics for care-gap predictions, Shield for event monitoring, and Hyperforce for global scale—to validate feasibility and ROI.
- • Champion user-acceptance testing (UAT) by scripting test scenarios, training super-users, and coordinating phased roll-outs across sandbox, staging, and production environments with zero patient-data exposure.
- • Rapidly triage Sev-1 incidents during go-lives, perform root-cause analysis on governor-limit breaches or integration failures, and implement hot-fixes within agreed SLAs while documenting lessons learned.
- • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate patient-journey blueprints into Lightning console layouts, custom SLDS components, and mobile-responsive experiences that boost NPS by 30%.
- • Package and publish reusable accelerators on the AppExchange, shepherd them through Salesforce security review, and maintain versioned release notes to enable cross-project leverage.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating Salesforce seasonal releases, Health Cloud roadmaps, and industry regulations; distill insights into brown-bag sessions and internal tech blogs that elevate the entire practice.
