đź“‹ Description
- • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer, Python (FHIR) to join our dynamic team at Nagarro SE. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that leverage Python, Fast API, and the HL7 FHIR standard within the healthcare domain. You will bridge the gap between complex business needs and robust technical implementations, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding client business use cases and technical requirements to translating them into detailed technical designs and architectural blueprints.
- • You will be a key contributor in identifying and evaluating various technical solutions, ultimately recommending the most optimal approach that aligns with client objectives and best practices.
- • A significant part of your role will involve defining and enforcing guidelines and benchmarks for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) throughout the project implementation phase, ensuring our systems meet high standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- • You will take ownership of writing and reviewing comprehensive design documents, clearly articulating the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of applications for development teams.
- • Architectural and design reviews will be a core activity, where you will meticulously assess solutions across various critical aspects including extensibility, scalability, security, adherence to design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring all relevant best practices are rigorously followed.
- • You will be responsible for developing and designing the overall solution architecture, translating defined functional and non-functional requirements into tangible technological strategies, patterns, and frameworks.
- • A deep understanding of technology integration scenarios will be crucial, and you will apply this knowledge to ensure seamless integration within our projects.
- • You will play a lead role in resolving complex technical issues identified during code reviews or testing phases. This involves conducting exhaustive, systematic root cause analysis and providing well-justified decisions for issue resolution.
- • To validate proposed designs and technologies, you will conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring that the suggested approaches effectively meet the defined requirements and technical objectives.
- • This role requires a strong command of Python (specifically Fast API) for backend development and sophisticated API design. You will be building robust and scalable APIs that adhere to industry standards.
- • You will also leverage your strong front-end experience with React.js, focusing on component design, effective state management, and the implementation of micro-frontend architectures to create seamless user experiences.
- • A critical aspect of this position is your experience working with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 FHIR resources and profiles. You will be instrumental in ensuring our systems can effectively manage and exchange healthcare data.
- • Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling, including data transformations, performance tuning, and data governance, will be essential for managing our data infrastructure.
- • You will be working extensively with AWS cloud services, including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch, to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
- • A strong foundation in cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (using Terraform or CloudFormation), and observability practices is expected.
- • You will also apply your solid experience in data engineering, encompassing the design and implementation of efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
- • Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization, will be vital for data integrity and performance.
- • A thorough understanding of microservices architecture and the principles of scalable system design is paramount for building resilient and adaptable systems.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project success.
- • You will contribute to a culture of technical excellence, mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge across the team.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare technology, driving innovation and improving patient outcomes through robust and well-architected solutions.
- • You will be at the forefront of technological advancements, applying your expertise to solve challenging problems in a rapidly evolving industry.
- • Your contributions will directly influence the technical direction and success of key projects, making this a highly rewarding and impactful position.
