📋 Description

  • • As a Staff Engineer specializing in Tealium CDP at Nagarro SE, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing advanced customer data strategies for our diverse clientele. This senior role demands a deep, expert-level understanding of the Tealium platform, coupled with a strategic vision for leveraging customer data to drive business outcomes. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and governing sophisticated tag management and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and compliance across complex, multi-site digital ecosystems.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to define, own, and drive the overarching Tealium CDP and tag management strategy. This involves establishing and enforcing standardized tagging and data-layer frameworks across a multitude of websites and applications, ensuring a unified and reliable approach to data collection. You will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing governance of both client-side and server-side tagging solutions, leveraging the full capabilities of Tealium.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the design and management of audience segmentation, enrichment, and real-time activation workflows within Tealium AudienceStream CDP. You will translate complex business and marketing requirements into robust technical solution designs, providing accurate effort estimations and detailed delivery plans. This requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and architecting solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical authority, providing expert guidance and strategic direction. This includes ensuring the scalability, consistency, and adherence to best practices across all tagging and data collection implementations. Your ownership extends to data quality, governance, validation, and auditing, ensuring the integrity of data flowing through Tealium and into downstream analytics and marketing platforms.
  • • Debugging and resolving complex tagging, event tracking, and data integration issues will be a critical part of your day-to-day. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data capture across various environments. This requires a meticulous and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure that data capture is accurate, compliant with privacy regulations, and reliable. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for the success of data initiatives.
  • • You will also be responsible for evaluating new Tealium features, capabilities, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our data collection and activation strategies. Staying ahead of the curve is crucial in this rapidly evolving field.
  • • As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and guide junior developers and analysts, acting as a technical and strategic escalation point. Your experience and leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in data collection frameworks, performance, and scalability.
  • • This role offers the unique opportunity to work with leading organizations across various industries, including retail, automotive, and manufacturing, applying your expertise to solve their most pressing data challenges. Your ability to translate business needs into technical realities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success and the success of our clients.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for data-driven innovation. You will be empowered to make significant contributions to our clients' digital transformation journeys, acting as a trusted advisor and a driving force behind their data strategy.
