📋 Description

• As a Staff Frontend Engineer at ClickUp, you will play a critical role in architecting the future of work by building and enhancing the converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, empowering millions of teams to break free from silos and unlock productivity.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include building features in Angular 2+, collaborating with designers, backend and integrations engineers, and product teams; architecting efficient and reusable frontend code; managing project priorities and deadlines; identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues; building and maintaining unit and integration tests; fixing bugs rapidly; and following established practices for state management.
• You will join a bold, innovative, and fast-scaling team at ClickUp that values getting things done, operational focus, and a culture of continuous improvement, where collaboration with QA and backend teams is essential to delivering high-quality features.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend technologies, mentor teammates on technical craft, pioneer AI-driven user experiences, and grow your impact as a technical leader shaping the future of work through scalable, performant frontend systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years working with JavaScript and one or more modern frameworks (Angular 2+ required)
• Experience with Redux style state management (NgRx), TypeScript, and RxJs
• HTML/CSS experience including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
