📋 Description

• • As a Staff Fullstack Engineer at ArbiterAI Inc., you will play a critical role in building and scaling the AI-powered care orchestration platform that unifies fragmented healthcare systems into a single intelligent solution, directly impacting patient care and operational efficiency across the U.S. healthcare landscape.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony, build responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Twig, optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases with Doctrine ORM, deploy and manage services via Kubernetes, and collaborate with product, data science, and AI teams to deliver features that close care gaps.
