• • Your primary focus will be on writing code, designing sophisticated multi-agent architectures, seamlessly integrating Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, developing robust data pipelines, and deploying automation solutions that operate reliably 24/7. These systems will directly support and enhance the efforts of our Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams, accelerating their impact and efficiency.
• • You will be instrumental in executing Grafana's AI growth roadmap. This involves building internal AI capabilities and creating integrations that streamline marketing and operational workflows across various departments. You will implement advanced multi-agent systems designed to achieve measurable results for our Marketing, RevOps, and SDR functions.
• • With a strong blend of technical acumen and a results-oriented approach, you will deliver AI-first solutions. Your work will transform business bottlenecks into comprehensive, automated systems that deliver tangible ROI, accelerate growth trajectories, and significantly elevate the effectiveness of teams across the organization.
• • This role is deeply hands-on, with approximately 60-70% of your time dedicated to coding and systems development. The remaining 30-40% will be focused on operational enablement, including defining requirements, creating comprehensive documentation, conducting training sessions, measuring impact, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• • You will be a key driver of Grafana's internal AI transformation, establishing robust governance frameworks and delivering automation that significantly boosts marketing and go-to-market efficiency.
• • *What You'll Be Doing:**
• • **Build & Operate GTM Automation Systems:**
• • Develop and maintain reliable automation solutions that leverage custom code and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Workato, Make). This includes implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive testing strategies, efficient deployment practices, and detailed runbooks to ensure rapid and safe iteration.
• • Implement modular, scalable, and multi-agent AI systems designed for 24/7 operation. These systems will integrate seamlessly with key marketing platforms such as Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce, and BigQuery.
• • Take ownership of the technical direction for GTM automation initiatives. This involves designing data models, defining clear API contracts, building reusable shared libraries, and establishing reference architectures that can be adopted across multiple teams.
• • Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive test writing, and adherence to production reliability standards.
• • **Operate, Enable, and Scale GTM Workflows:**
• • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Events Marketing, and SDR teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies using agent-based solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.
• • Create reusable workflow templates, detailed playbooks, and user-friendly “how-to” documentation. This empowers partner teams to safely self-serve common automations while maintaining clear ownership and measurement frameworks.
• • Provide direct, hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems deployed across various teams.
• • **Key Strategic Project: AI Chatbot Routing & Human-in-the-Loop Orchestration:**
• • Align AI chatbot systems across Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to establish a unified and intelligent approach to prospect interaction routing.
• • Develop sophisticated routing logic that dynamically determines when and how to involve human resources in prospect interactions, optimizing engagement.
• • Implement robust tracking and analytics to rigorously measure routing effectiveness and refine human-in-the-loop triggers based on performance data.
• • Create scalable patterns for accurate prospect intent classification and the optimal assignment of interactions to the appropriate channel or resource.
• • Define clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), anticipate potential failure modes, and establish fallback pathways for scenarios involving uncertain routing, system downtime, or low confidence scores.
• • Instrument end-to-end funnel metrics, including handoff time, qualification accuracy, meeting set rates, and pipeline influence, and continuously iterate to improve performance.
• • **AI Implementation & Operational Excellence:**
• • Build and maintain secure, well-documented systems that incorporate robust Personally Identifiable Information (PII) controls, strict compliance protocols, and granular permission frameworks.
• • Implement company-wide standards for AI prompt engineering, version control, testing methodologies, system observability, and the measurement of business impact.
• • Develop internal training materials, best practices documentation, and scalable frameworks for AI tools to foster cross-functional team success and adoption.
• • Support the ongoing adoption of AI technologies through hands-on technical assistance and continuous system optimization.
