- • Own end-to-end insight projects from framing key business questions to delivering actionable commercial recommendations that influence company strategy.
- • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes of commercial challenges and opportunities across product, sales, marketing, and finance.
- • Partner directly with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive analytical initiatives that impact business growth and decision-making.
- • Collaborate with Finance to model the financial impact of strategic options, quantify trade-offs, and build business cases grounded in data.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored for finance-literate senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- • Extract, manipulate, and analyze datasets using SQL from Snowflake to support insights and reporting.
- • Apply statistical methods to draw defensible conclusions from structured data and leverage LLMs to interpret unstructured data sources.
- • Present recommendations directly to the executive team with clarity, confidence, and evidence-based reasoning.
- • Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders by helping frame ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and stress-test strategic hypotheses.
- • Think commercially with a focus on revenue and margin implications, translating data into financial outcomes that drive action.
- • Maintain a broad understanding of SaaS business dynamics including customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and unit economics across functions.
- • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, balancing rigorous analysis with timely decision-making.
- • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making by elevating insights across the organization and enabling leadership to act with confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in SQL and experienced in extracting and manipulating data from Snowflake
- • Demonstrated experience applying statistical methods to derive defensible conclusions from data
- • Proven track record in an analytics, strategy, or insights role at a high-growth tech company
- • Ability to build data-driven narratives that are clear, compelling, and actionable for executive audiences
- • Commercial mindset focused on revenue, margin, and financial impact
- • Experience using LLMs in real-world analytical workflows
