- • Own end-to-end insight projects from framing business questions to delivering actionable commercial recommendations that influence company strategy.
- • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes of commercial challenges and opportunities across product, sales, marketing, and finance.
- • Partner directly with finance teams to model the financial impact of strategic options and quantify trade-offs between competing initiatives.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, well-evidenced business cases tailored for finance-literate senior stakeholders.
- • Extract and manipulate large datasets from Snowflake using SQL to support analytical workflows.
- • Apply statistical methods to draw defensible conclusions from structured data and leverage LLMs to interpret unstructured data sources.
- • Present recommendations directly to senior leadership, including the executive team, with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- • Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders by helping them frame problems, challenge assumptions, and stress-test strategic hypotheses.
- • Drive data-driven narratives that are accessible and actionable for executives, focusing on revenue and margin implications.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure analysis directly impacts business outcomes.
- • Maintain a commercial mindset, consistently thinking in terms of revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- • Apply broad understanding of SaaS business models across customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and monetization levers.
- • Utilize real-world experience with LLMs in analytical workflows to enhance data interpretation and automate insights generation.
- • Deliver insights that move the needle on key business metrics, with a focus on scalability and long-term growth.
- • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, taking ownership of outcomes without requiring detailed direction.
- • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in SQL and experienced in extracting and manipulating data from Snowflake
- • Demonstrated experience applying statistical methods to derive defensible conclusions from data
- • Proven track record in an analytics, strategy, or insights role at a high-growth tech company
- • Ability to build compelling, data-driven narratives that drive executive action
- • Experience using LLMs in real analytical workflows
- • Commercial mindset focused on revenue, margin, and financial impact
