- • Join Jane Technologies, Inc. as a Staff IT Administrator and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our internal IT infrastructure. This position is at the forefront of our growth, focusing on the critical intersection of security, systems management, and the daily operational experience of every Janer. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and thoughtfully designed internal systems that empower our teams to focus on their core mission: helping the helpers.
- • As Jane experiences a significant growth phase, the complexity of our identity, access management, and automation systems is escalating. This role is essential for architecting and evolving these critical components. You will be a key contributor to our preparation for HITRUST certification, enhancing our identity ecosystem to support a rapidly expanding and distributed global organization. We are seeking a proactive and visionary individual who can anticipate future challenges, design robust solutions for complex scenarios before they arise, and elevate the technical standards for how we approach identity, automation, and overall system ownership.
- • This is a unique opportunity to architect secure systems, untangle intricate technical challenges, and build impactful automation that enhances the efficiency and well-being of our entire workforce. If you are driven by the prospect of shaping the IT landscape of a high-growth SaaS company and making a tangible difference, this role is for you.
- • Your primary impact will be in architecting and evolving Jane’s comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy. This includes designing scalable, role-based access control (RBAC) systems that effectively reduce organizational risk and are built to support our long-term growth trajectory. You will be the technical leader for identity, device trust, and access automation initiatives, particularly as we work towards High Trust certification, ensuring our IT environment remains secure, highly resilient, and meticulously audit-ready.
- • Furthermore, you will design and implement advanced automation frameworks across our diverse IT systems. This will involve leveraging key platforms such as Okta and Freshservice, alongside low-code or no-code workflow tools, to systematically eliminate manual processes, reduce the potential for human error, and significantly increase the reliability and efficiency of our IT operations.
- • As a force multiplier within the IT and Security departments, you will actively mentor your peers, elevate architectural thinking across the team, and influence the adoption of technical standards. Your contributions will ensure that we consistently build high-quality, maintainable systems that are designed for scalability and longevity.
- • A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves championing the thoughtful adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within IT. You will identify high-leverage automation opportunities where AI can provide significant benefits, pilot new AI tools responsibly, and guide the team in working smarter while rigorously upholding privacy and security standards. This proactive approach to innovation will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and operational excellence.
- • You will be responsible for the technical direction and implementation of solutions that enhance security posture, streamline user access, and automate routine IT tasks. This includes staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure management. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be paramount to your success. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical execution, and strong leadership qualities to drive initiatives forward and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.
