📋 Description

• • As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will define and build the company's ML capabilities from the ground up, establishing the foundation for ML strategy, infrastructure, and execution in a high-growth AI cybersecurity company where ML is central to product vision.
• • You will design and build production ML systems end-to-end, including data pipelines, model training workflows, evaluation frameworks, and inference serving, while partnering with product and backend engineers to integrate ML into customer-facing systems.
• • The company is building the security layer for the AI era, protecting enterprises against AI-powered threats such as deepfakes, smishing, and synthetic voice attacks, and is trusted by major banks, technology companies, and healthcare organizations following a major Series B funding round.
• • You will have the opportunity to own the data strategy, establish rigorous evaluation methodologies, write production-quality code, and over time help recruit, mentor, and lead the ML team as the function expands, with a clear path to evolve into Head of ML.
