📋 Description
- • As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer on the Content Intelligence team at Spotify, you will design and scale foundational machine learning systems that enable deep, machine-readable understanding of content across audio, video, text, and images, directly powering content safety, quality, and personalization for billions of users.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve building and optimizing ML models and pipelines for content understanding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems, mentoring engineers, and driving technical strategy for scalable, reliable content intelligence at global scale.
- • You will join Spotify’s Content Platform team, which manages the end-to-end lifecycle of music, podcasts, audiobooks, and emerging audio formats, ensuring content is trusted, safe, and high-quality across all platforms and partner integrations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in large-scale ML systems, influence the direction of AI-driven content understanding at Spotify, and contribute to innovations that enhance user experience and creator empowerment worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expertise in machine learning, particularly in multimodal understanding (audio, video, text, image)
- • Experience building and scaling ML systems in production environments
