📋 Description

• • As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer (L4) at Twilio, you will be instrumental in developing supervised machine learning propensity models and state-of-the-art GenAI/LLM-powered applications to transform how Twilio’s Customer Support organization operates through AI-powered tools and agentic products.
• • Day to day, you will develop and deploy AI/ML models using NLP, recommendation systems, and GenAI-powered applications to production environments; collaborate across product, program, analytics, and engineering teams to refine models that drive business outcomes; leverage Python, SQL, R, AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, S3, Kendra), MySQL, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and Keras; integrate enterprise data from Salesforce and Zendesk; and apply LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Whisper, and Groq to build innovative GenAI use cases.
• • You will join Twilio’s Enterprise AI Engineering team, which is building the foundations for a unified, secure, and scalable operating system across GTM and internal non-GTM functions, supporting hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide with personalized customer experiences through remote-first work and a culture of global inclusion.
