📋 Description

• • Design, build, and scale the core systems powering Lovable’s AI-powered software creation platform, ensuring reliability and performance for hundreds of millions of monthly users.
• • Own end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, including frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Golang, Rust), and infrastructure components, from initial architecture through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• • Architect and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support high-throughput, low-latency interactions for a global user base.
• • Collaborate directly with machine learning, design, and product teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences that empower solopreneurs and enterprise teams alike.
• • Drive the full development lifecycle: define technical roadmaps, lead implementation, oversee QA and monitoring, and manage post-launch iterations based on real-world usage and feedback.
• • Make strategic technical decisions balancing speed of delivery with long-term system health, knowing when to prioritize rapid iteration versus foundational investment.
• • Operate with extreme ownership by actively managing system reliability, observability (Grafana, OTEL), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) across cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare.
• • Shape engineering culture and technical direction by contributing to code standards, system design reviews, and team mentorship, fostering low-ego, high-velocity collaboration.
• • Navigate organizational ambiguity by clarifying technical priorities and aligning cross-functional teams around a unified vision for the product’s future.
• • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tooling to ensure Lovable’s stack remains at the forefront of AI-driven software creation.
• • Build and maintain infrastructure capable of supporting rapid scaling while ensuring security, cost efficiency, and operational stability across global deployments.
• • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure platform uptime and rapid resolution of critical system issues.
• • Contribute to shaping product strategy by providing technical insights that influence roadmap decisions and feature prioritization based on user behavior and system constraints.
• • Translate raw product ideas into production-ready, scalable software solutions that enable millions of users to build applications and websites in any language.
• • Maintain deep technical fluency in modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) and high-performance backend languages (Golang, Rust) to build and optimize critical components across the system.
• • Ensure seamless integration between Lovable’s platform and multiple LLM providers, managing API contracts, rate limits, latency, and reliability.
• • Participate in technical hiring and onboarding, helping to grow a talent-dense engineering team aligned with Lovable’s mission and values.
