Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Designer at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will help shape how Jerry looks, feels, and works by defining what great design means at scale and leading design initiatives from 0→1 across core offerings like insurance, safety, and repairs.
• • Day to day, you will lead design for key products, ship 0→1 features that modernize car care, partner with research, product, and data to turn insights into impactful design, create elegant frictionless experiences that drive engagement and retention, build and evolve Jerry’s design system, thoughtfully apply AI to enhance user experience, and raise the bar for UX and visual design through clarity, speed, and craft.
• • You’ll work directly with Kruise Sapstein (Head of Design), Art Agrawal (CEO & Head of Product), and a broader product org of 11 PMs, 55 engineers, and 12 analysts/data scientists, all focused on building a best-in-class consumer experience in a high-craft, collaborative design culture.
• • In this role, you will elevate design quality across products, influence how Jerry tells its story through craft and clarity, set the standard for design excellence for years to come, and directly shape the experience for millions of users who rely on Jerry to make car ownership easier and more affordable.
