đź“‹ Description
- • As a Staff Product Designer at TheyDo, you will define the vision and strategy for how teams turn journey data into actionable insights, directly influencing core product decisions and driving a design-first approach across metrics, reporting, and data experiences to elevate the platform’s impact on enterprise customer-centricity.
- • You will own end-to-end design for data-focused initiatives, including metrics, reporting, and insight visualizations, ensuring they drive intelligent decision-making by transforming complex journey data into clear, usable experiences for global enterprise users.
- • You will collaborate deeply with product and engineering leadership to set strategic direction and ship cohesive, scalable experiences across multiple product areas, particularly for the Data team, aligning design with technical feasibility and business goals.
- • You will drive design from ambiguity to execution, navigating complex, cross-functional problem spaces using systems thinking, creativity, and intuition to identify key alignment moments and deliver solutions that balance speed with craft.
- • You will work across all levels of fidelity — from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes — using tools like Figma, Lovable, and Vercel to rapidly test ideas, gather user insights, and iterate toward effective, evidence-based solutions.
- • You will mentor and uplift other designers by providing thoughtful critique, coaching, and clarity, raising the team’s bar for quality and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
- • You will shape TheyDo’s design culture by evolving the design system to scale product functionality and design excellence, refining collaboration processes, and contributing to an environment where designers can amplify each other’s strengths and innovate with confidence.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team of 30+ nationalities across 27 countries, united by a customer-led, people-first culture that values transparency, ownership, and accelerating impact through simplicity.
- • You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a high-growth, Series B+ environment, scaling your impact without increasing complexity, while contributing to a category-defining platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies like Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot, and Lufthansa.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading end-to-end design for complex, data-driven products, particularly in metrics, reporting, or insight visualization, with a strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and user-centered outcomes.
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, navigate cross-functional initiatives, and drive design from concept to execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments (ideally Series B or later).
- • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools including Figma, Lovable, Vercel, and similar AI-augmented tools, with a track record of turning ideas into working prototypes quickly.
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills, using data, prototypes, and narrative to influence stakeholders, align teams, and advocate for design decisions.
- • Experience mentoring and elevating other designers, contributing to design culture, and evolving design systems to scale quality and consistency across products.
- • Background in product design with a deep understanding of user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility, acting as a product owner in design decisions.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity, giving you direct ownership in TheyDo’s success as the company scales toward a potential public offering.
- • Fully remote work with flexible hours, enabling you to work from anywhere in the European Economic Area while maintaining autonomy over your schedule.
- • Comprehensive health insurance tailored to your location, ensuring your wellbeing is supported regardless of where you are based.
- • Generous time off: minimum 25 paid holiday days per year (pro rata), plus public holidays and three additional company-wide winter shutdown days in December.
- • Learning and development budget to invest in your growth, plus a wellbeing budget for mindfulness, fitness, or mental health resources.
- • Paid parental leave (6 months for primary carer, 6 weeks for secondary) and paid childcare leave to support family needs.
- • Home office or co-working budget to set up your ideal workspace, plus access to latest tech (MacBook Air/Pro) and essential tools like Slack, Notion, Loom, G:Suite, and TheyDo.
- • Regular company events and retreats (recently in Spain, Portugal, and France) to connect in person, strategize, and build team cohesion.
