- • As a Staff Product Designer at Wealth.com Inc., you will operate as a senior individual contributor and design leader, shaping the vision, raising the design bar across the organization, and mentoring others while remaining deeply engaged in the craft. You will define how design shows up across the entire product, influencing strategy and elevating the work of every designer around you.
- • Day to day, you will contribute to the design vision and strategy for major product surfaces, lead complex and high-impact design initiatives end-to-end, own and evolve the design system at scale, define and uphold the craft bar through critique and mentorship, use AI tools and rapid prototyping to explore concepts, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal, introduce delight through gamification and interaction details, champion accessibility, mentor and coach product designers across levels, and influence org-wide decisions on design hiring, process, and team structure.

- • In this role, you will achieve mastery in scaling design systems, influencing product strategy at a senior level, mentoring a high-performance design culture, and defining best practices in accessibility, motion, gamification, and AI-augmented design. You will leave a lasting impact on the design org’s quality, consistency, and innovation while growing as a design leader in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional depth in systems thinking, interaction, and visual design, and a track record of leading complex initiatives at scale
- • Demonstrated experience operating as a Staff or Principal-level IC, including shaping strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing without direct authority
- • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and advanced design system architecture
- • Proven experience scaling design systems across large teams, products, or platforms
- • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- • Experience designing across multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, voice, and emerging interfaces
- • Fluency with AI tools to move faster from concept to prototype and to bring new ideas to life
- • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow other designers — your work is multiplied through the people you elevate
