- • **Elevate the Credit Product Experience:** As a Staff Product Designer at Addi, you will be instrumental in transforming complex financial concepts into intuitive, transparent, and visually stunning solutions. Your primary mission is to elevate the user experience of our credit products, making financial services more accessible and understandable for millions of Colombians.
- • **Lead Design Integration of Financing Services:** You will spearhead the design integration of various financing services, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user journey across all touchpoints. This involves understanding the intricacies of credit products and translating them into user-friendly interfaces.
- • **Spearhead User Research for New Credit Verticals:** A critical part of your role will be to lead user research initiatives for new credit verticals. This research will provide invaluable insights to inform product strategy, identify unmet needs, and validate design solutions, ensuring our offerings are deeply aligned with customer expectations.
- • **Serve as a Benchmark for High Craft (UI) and AI Innovation:** You will be the company's go-to expert for high-quality UI design and innovative AI applications within the product. This means setting and maintaining the highest standards for visual design, interaction design, and exploring how AI can enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.
- • **Drive Design as a Strategic Engine for Business Growth:** Your work will directly contribute to Addi's business objectives. By creating exceptional product experiences, you will help reduce customer support load, increase user adoption, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
- • **Design and Launch Interfaces for Key Products:** You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and launch of interfaces for at least three key credit products, such as Cash Advance and Down Payments. A key success metric will be the demonstrable reduction in customer support tickets related to product comprehension.
- • **Deliver a Cohesive User Flow System:** You will develop and implement a unified user flow system that seamlessly integrates complex regulatory requirements from the Colombian Financial Superintendence (CF) while preserving the low-friction, intuitive experience that is central to the Addi brand.
- • **Establish 'High Craft' Standards:** Implement and champion a comprehensive library of advanced interactions and UI standards. This initiative will elevate the overall brand perception and professional polish across the entire credit platform, ensuring consistency and excellence in every design element.
- • **Propose and Prototype AI Use Cases:** Explore and prototype at least two innovative AI use cases. These could focus on personalizing the user experience, streamlining the credit application process, or providing intelligent financial guidance, positioning Addi at the forefront of technological innovation.
- • **Execute Continuous User Research and A/B Testing:** Drive a continuous cycle of user research and A/B testing to gather data-driven insights. These insights will be crucial for informing the quarterly product roadmap and ensuring that design decisions are validated and optimized based on real user behavior.
- • **Define Design Vision with Minimal Supervision:** You will have the autonomy to lead the visual and functional direction for significant merchant and credit initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner to Product Management, you will define the design vision and ensure its effective execution.
- • **Master the Full Design Lifecycle:** Demonstrate mastery of the entire design lifecycle, from initial discovery and in-depth research to the meticulous, high-precision technical handovers required for seamless implementation by engineering teams.
- • **Operate with Agility in Dynamic Environments:** Thrive in a high-velocity market by showcasing impeccable time management skills. You will be expected to accurately estimate timelines and consistently meet deadlines, ensuring project momentum is maintained.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master in Interaction Design (UI) or equivalent practical experience.
- • 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional solutions for complex B2B or financial products.
- • Superior technical capability in Figma, including creating high-fidelity mockups, animated prototypes, and complex interactions.
- • Deep experience in mapping complex user journeys and UX flows across multiple conversion funnels.
- • Proven ability to apply A/B testing methodologies and data interpretation to inform design iterations.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead visual and functional direction for initiatives with minimal supervision.
- • Mastery of the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research to technical handovers.
- • Impeccable time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-velocity market.
- • Experience operating with a Founder's Mindset, demonstrating radical ownership and accountability.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, with experience articulating design vision and user insights to diverse teams.
