- • As a Staff Product Designer in Design Systems & Foundations at Zipline, you will lead the evolution of ZUI, the company's design system, ensuring consistent, high-quality product experiences across retail, healthcare, logistics, and beyond. Your work will directly impact how hundreds of thousands of frontline workers interact with Zipline’s platform daily, enabling faster, more aligned, and scalable product development.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve ZUI’s component architecture, design tokens, accessibility standards, and documentation; establish shared interaction patterns and design principles; build guidance and decision-making frameworks for cross-functional teams; and contribute to complex product initiatives, including shaping how AI integrates into design workflows.
- • Zipline is a well-funded, rapidly growing SaaS company operating as a fully remote team across the U.S., Canada, and globally. The company empowers leading brands to connect, align, and inspire frontline employees, consistently earning top NPS and CSAT scores by making team workflows easier and businesses more effective.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable design systems, influence long-term product direction, and shape how emerging technologies like AI are integrated into design practice. You’ll gain experience driving organizational adoption, partnering with engineering and product leadership, and building foundational systems that create leverage across the entire organization.

- • Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping long-term product foundations
