  • • As a Staff Product Designer on the Experience Design (XD) team at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of home services technology by solving complex, real-world problems through data-driven, user-centered design. Your work will directly impact thousands of contractors and field technicians who rely on our platform to run their businesses more efficiently, making this role both strategically important and deeply meaningful.
  • • You will lead end-to-end design processes—from discovery research and user interviews to journey mapping, task flows, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping in Figma, and usability testing—ensuring that solutions are not only visually compelling but also deeply aligned with user needs and business goals. Your ability to translate insights into intuitive interfaces will be critical in driving adoption and satisfaction across desktop, tablet, and mobile touchpoints.
  • • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and researchers to explore problem spaces, validate assumptions, and ship iterative improvements at a rapid pace. This cross-functional partnership ensures that design decisions are technically feasible, market-relevant, and strategically sound, fostering a culture of shared ownership and innovation.
  • • As a senior designer, you will mentor and coach junior team members, helping them build empathy for users, strengthen their decision-making skills, and grow their craft through constructive feedback, design critiques, and guidance on best practices in research, prototyping, and visual communication.
  • • You will advocate for users in product strategy and roadmap discussions, ensuring that their voices are heard at the highest levels of planning. By representing user needs in prioritization conversations, you will help shape a product roadmap that delivers real-world impact and long-term value.
  • • You will continuously refine your expertise across multiple problem areas within the ServiceTitan platform—such as scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer management—developing deep domain knowledge that enables you to anticipate challenges and propose elegant, scalable solutions that simplify complex workflows.
  • • Your commitment to design excellence will be reflected in the quality and speed of your output. You will ship high-value work consistently, balancing rigor with agility to ensure that innovation does not come at the expense of delivery timelines or user experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, interaction, and visual design capabilities, including research, prototyping, and idea generation.
  • • Expertise in driving the full iterative design process—from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visual delivery—using tools like Figma, Maze, or similar to create human-centered solutions.
  • • At least one year of direct experience managing or mentoring a team of two or more designers, with a track record of fostering growth, empathy, and collaboration through feedback and guidance.
  • • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teams to build alignment and influence decisions.
  • • A passion for solving complex product problems with simple, elegant designs, balancing strategy, information architecture, interaction, and visual design to create cohesive user experiences.
  • • Experience collaborating with other designers to maintain consistency and cohesion across product features, contributing to a unified design language and system.
