• • As a Staff Product Designer on the Growth team at Kraken, you will lead high-impact design initiatives focused on first-time user experience, retention, referrals, incentives, and ongoing engagement to drive long-term user value and product adoption.
• • You will own complex design challenges from concept to execution, shaping Kraken’s design language at scale while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, aesthetically excellent experiences.
