• • As a Staff Product Designer in the Pay Ecosystem team at Remote, you will lead design strategy and execution for complex B2B SaaS products that enable global payroll and compliance, directly impacting how businesses hire, manage, and pay international teams.
• • Day to day, you will drive end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI creation; mentor junior designers; collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders; contribute to the design system; and leverage AI prototyping to explore innovative solutions while ensuring accessibility, scalability, and usability.
