- • As a Staff Product Designer in the Pay Ecosystem team, you will lead design strategy and execution for critical payroll features that enable businesses to pay anyone, anywhere safely and compliantly, directly impacting Remote’s mission to simplify global employment.
- • Day to day, you will lead design for your domain, mentor team members, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, create user flows from wireframes to pixel-ready designs, contribute to the design system, collaborate with engineering on scalable components, leverage AI prototyping, and champion usability, scalability, and accessibility.
- • You will join a 40+ multi-disciplinary design team at Remote, a fully remote company with team members across 6 continents, dedicated to building best-in-class HR and payroll solutions through innovation, autonomy, and a strong culture of belonging.
- • In this role, you will grow as an IC design leader by influencing product quality, culture, and ways of working, driving impactful outcomes through consensus-building, and advancing your expertise in complex B2B SaaS design for HRTech and FinTech domains.

- • Exemplary experience designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces
- • Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale
- • Impeccable portfolio demonstrating holistic, scalable systems thinking and mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals
- • Masterful communication skills with fluent written and spoken English to build narratives, provide direction, and collaborate effectively
- • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech or FinTech
- • Proven ability to autonomously own design for complex domains and multiple projects in high-growth, fast-paced environments
