- • As a Staff Product Designer in the Pay Ecosystem team at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead design strategy and execution for complex B2B SaaS solutions that enable global payroll and compliance, directly impacting how businesses hire, manage, and pay international teams.
- • Day to day, you will drive design excellence across teams by leading user research, creating scalable design systems, crafting intuitive user flows from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs, collaborating with engineering and product teams, mentoring peers, and leveraging AI prototyping to innovate while maintaining design-code parity.
- • You will join a 40+ multi-disciplinary, globally distributed design team at Remote, a company committed to solving global employment challenges through innovation, AI integration, and asynchronous work, with team members across six continents and a culture rooted in inclusivity, ownership, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise UX, design leadership, and cross-functional influence, while shaping product quality, design systems, and ways of working at a high-growth, mission-driven company that values autonomy, impact, and human-centered innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Exemplary experience designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces for complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in HRTech or FinTech domains.
- • Mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals with a portfolio demonstrating holistic, scalable systems thinking and enterprise user empathy.
- • Strong written and spoken English communication skills to build narratives, guide collaborators, and advocate for design decisions across global stakeholders.
- • Proven ability to autonomously own design for complex domains, manage overlapping projects, and drive consensus in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- • Experience as an effective cross-functional collaborator with product and engineering teams to resolve debates, build shared understanding, and deliver impactful outcomes.
