📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Designer at Perk.com Inc., you will own the Flights experience end to end, shaping what's worth solving and leading the team to deliver impactful travel and spend management solutions that eliminate shadow work and power real work for over 10,000 global companies.
• Day to day, you will lead strategic conversations across your triad and with leadership, partner with PM and engineering from earliest scope-setting, conduct and synthesize user research, prototype rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor, and bridge user needs with business goals to ensure design has a clear voice in shaping what gets built and why.
• You will join a global team of over 1,800 people across 12 offices, headquartered in London and Boston, driven by values of ownership, 7-star experiences, and working as one team, with a mission to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work by tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end product ownership, influence product direction in cross-functional teams, build a clear point of view on AI in design, and raise the bar on craft across the Travel product area by contributing to crit culture and setting patterns others can build on.

🎯 Requirements

• A staff-level IC track record with examples of end-to-end ownership at scale
• Experience designing complex, multi-step product flows and ability to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and craft-level detail
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking, fluency in data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate decisions and measure impact
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction inside cross-functional teams with strong communication and storytelling skills
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools (Claude, Cursor, Bolt) and AI as a working default, plus comfort with Figma and Git
