- • As a Staff Product Engineer at Attio Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of a next-generation CRM platform designed for the AI era, directly enabling ambitious go-to-market teams to understand customers, automate at scale, and build tailored growth motions—your work will ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and delightful under increasing complexity.
- • You will provide technical leadership across engineering teams, designing critical infrastructure components aligned with Attio’s technical strategy, setting and upholding high standards for software quality, reliability, scalability, and security while driving cross-functional collaboration to solve the hardest technical problems.
- • You will mentor and coach engineers, actively contribute to hiring top talent, and foster a growth mindset culture by sharing knowledge, encouraging experimentation, and supporting continuous learning in the evolving landscape of AI-augmented software engineering.
- • You will partner closely with product and business stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and customer value, ensuring technical decisions are optimized for real-world impact—balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability to deliver uniquely valuable experiences.

- • First-class technical expertise in distributed, cloud-native systems with the ability to think in systems and design interfaces that enable parallel innovation across teams.
- • Proven technical leadership experience, including a track record of delivering complex projects through others by breaking down large problems into ownable goals and understanding architectural trade-offs for long-term maintainability.
- • Demonstrated passion for mentoring, coaching, and growing engineering talent, with evidence of impact through knowledge sharing, hiring contributions, and adapting leadership style to team needs.
- • Strong product and customer focus, including curiosity about real-world product usage, the ability to use data to validate assumptions, and a desire to build features that generate tangible user and business value.
- • A growth mindset oriented toward experimentation and learning in the age of AI, with openness to new approaches, comfort with discomfort from stretching into new areas, and eagerness to teach and learn from peers.
