📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization for Airwallex’s global payments, treasury, cards, and B2B financial operations.
• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term AI innovation with short-term business needs in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive AI solutions that integrate into core financial workflows.
• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives including in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, and lifecycle automation to enhance customer adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Build and ship hands-on AI/LLM-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems — not merely integrate pre-trained models into existing flows.
• Leverage AI-driven technologies and data insights to innovate user experiences, reduce operational friction, and automate complex financial processes across regions and languages.
• Lead the development of customer service and support automation including bots, self-serve flows, and deflection journeys for payments, onboarding, and support functions.
• Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all products, particularly within regulated domains like payments, treasury, and cards.
• Launch AI-powered products across multiple international markets, collaborating with local teams to ensure market fit, regulatory compliance, and cultural relevance.
• Mentor and lead other product managers, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and product discipline with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
• Use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster, applying first-principles thinking to balance speed, rigor, and impact in high-ambiguity environments.
• Operate with a builder mindset, turning zero-to-one ideas into real, shipped products with end-to-end ownership and accountability.
• Apply strong analytical rigor using dashboards, SQL, or product analytics tools to run experiments (e.g., A/B tests) that improve activation, adoption, or retention metrics.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across engineering, data, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams to execute on a unified product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products, including 0→1 or early-stage products in high-ambiguity environments with a clear builder mindset.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, with deep technical fluency in how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
• Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver with strong analytical rigor (dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools) and a track record of running experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to improve activation, adoption, or retention.
• Builder mindset, stakeholder management skills, able to align engineering, data, design, operations, CS, and GTM partners around strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations, including working within compliance/risk/role-based access constraints.
• Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment.
