- • As a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise at Harvey AI, you will own the product vision and roadmap for critical admin and governance capabilities including identity management, access controls, and audit logging, directly enabling the company to serve the world’s largest and most regulated enterprises.
- • You will define and drive product strategy, partner with Engineering and Design to build scalable and secure admin experiences, engage with enterprise customers and internal teams to translate pain points into product investments, collaborate with Security, Legal, and Infrastructure on compliance, establish and track key metrics for adoption and governance, and drive cross-functional alignment on trade-offs and scope.

- • In this role, you will have a direct and measurable impact on Harvey’s ability to land and expand within complex organizations by making the platform secure, compliant, and easy to govern at scale, while developing deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS, governance domains, and cross-functional leadership in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of product management experience with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers
- • Deep familiarity with admin and governance domains such as identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC)
- • Technical background or desire to go deep on engineering design and tradeoffs
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders
- • Strong analytical and communication skills with experience using data to drive decisions and articulating product vision to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
