Staff SDET, Quality Engineering (Remote)

📋 Description

• • As a Staff SDET in Quality Engineering at Optro Inc., you will serve as a QE Architect responsible for leading the technical strategy and implementation of test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling across the company’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems used by over 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10.
• • Day to day, you will own the architecture and development of test frameworks, design and optimize automation for web applications, lead synthetic data and generative AI initiatives, prototype agentic tooling, mentor junior SDETs, collaborate with infrastructure and product teams, and provide technical feedback on product design and testability.
