📋 Description

• As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Writer Inc., you will be at the heart of ensuring the company's AI-powered platform remains available, performant, and reliable 24/7 for enterprise customers like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard.
• You will design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure; own reliability through SLOs and error budgets; lead incident response and post-mortems; and automate operational tasks using Python, Go, or similar languages to reduce manual toil.
• You will join a fast-moving, innovative team in Writer’s New York City hub, reporting to the Director of Engineering, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to embed reliability into system design from conception to launch.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the foundation of enterprise generative AI reliability, drive innovation in AI-native operational practices, and grow your expertise in large-scale cloud systems while impacting hundreds of global enterprises.
