📋 Description

• As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Tabs Technologies Inc., you will lead the evolution of the company’s platform to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence as the AI-native revenue platform scales to support high-growth finance and enterprise
• Day to day, you will define and evolve reliability standards including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; improve observability and incident response processes; lead high-severity incidents; partner with engineering teams to design resilient systems; build automation to reduce toil; and mentor engineers while influencing best practices across teams.
• You will join a fast-growing, AI-driven fintech company headquartered in New York City’s Soho neighborhood, backed by over $91M in funding from Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Primary, with a mission to automate the contract-to-cash lifecycle for modern finance and accounting teams.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape infrastructure direction, influence architectural decisions, set the bar for operational excellence, and drive a blameless reliability culture while gaining deep impact in a high-growth, mission-critical platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or backend engineering roles
• Strong software engineering experience in one or more modern languages
• Expertise operating distributed systems in production at scale
• Deep experience with AWS, observability tooling, and CI/CD systems
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting direction in a fast-moving environment
