- • As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in partnering closely with Product Managers and customers to deeply understand the challenges employers face in the complex and competitive employee benefits landscape.
- • Your primary focus will be on designing and developing elegant, high-quality software solutions that not only address customer pain points but also align with our business objectives, ensuring a delightful user experience.
- • You will be a key contributor to the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding through rigorous testing and deployment, utilizing modern technologies and adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and maintaining robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to streamline our release processes.
- • You will implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and efficiently managed.
