• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Commissions and Payouts team at LTK, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we manage financial workflows, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and confidence for our Finance and Accounting departments. This is a critical role where you will architect, design, develop, and operate robust, scalable, and auditable backend services that process LTK’s revenue before it is seamlessly integrated with our ERP system.
• • You will serve as a technical leader and a cornerstone of the Revenue Engineering team, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our financial technology infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining the systems that handle our complex revenue operations, including affiliate integrations, settlement processes, cash reconciliation for all transactions and payments, invoice generation for bundle partners, and the overall revenue partner workflows.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers within your squad. You will guide them in delivering high-quality, scalable, auditable, secure, and reliable data and backend services. This includes fostering a culture of best practices, defining standards, and actively teaching and promoting them within the team.
• • You will be responsible for coordinating technical projects that may span multiple squads, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering teams and product managers. Your ability to translate deep product and business understanding into clear technical requirements will be crucial for project success.
