- • Design and implement AI-powered prospect enrichment systems that combine internal and external data sources to create intelligent, continuously improving prospect profiles that drive product innovation.
- • Author comprehensive technical design documents, establish standards for code quality, testing, performance, and observability, and ensure scalable, simple architectures that grow with company demand.
- • Collaborate as an equal partner with Product and Design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into intuitive, high-performance user experiences, making clear trade-offs and documenting technical decisions with business impact.
- • Mentor and uplevel engineering teams through design reviews, pairing sessions, and constructive feedback, modeling engineering excellence, clarity, and craftsmanship across the organization.
- • Improve developer experience and system reliability by influencing API design, data contracts, testing strategies, and progressive delivery practices across multiple engineering teams.
- • Participate in on-call rotations and uphold operational excellence for owned systems, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response for real-time, high-volume call infrastructure.

- • Depth in distributed systems or real-time application patterns (e.g., WebSockets, streaming, PubSub) and performance optimization across the stack
- • Strong product mindset and communication skills: ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and connect technical decisions to user and business impact
- • Experience leading architecture and system design for real-time, high-volume workflows such as SIP softswitches, WebSocket-driven UIs, or streaming audio processing
