- • Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Security & Privacy initiatives across the Multi-Product Platform division, ensuring alignment with product expansion while maintaining R&D velocity.
- • Design and own the two-year Security & Privacy roadmap for the Multi-Product Platform division in close partnership with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- • Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex, ambiguous security and privacy challenges into fundamental components and rebuild them into clear, prioritized technical milestones that deliver measurable customer value.
- • Leverage deep expertise in distributed systems to design and operate scalable, secure-by-default architectures that integrate seamlessly with AI-native product capabilities.
- • Translate product security requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and lead execution from concept through production, ensuring robust implementation across distributed systems.
- • Mentor and develop the next generation of Tech Leads, raising the technical bar across the organization through code reviews, architectural guidance, and career development support.
- • Partner directly with security teams to embed security practices into the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation at scale.
- • Apply AI-native innovation to identify and implement novel security and privacy solutions that enhance product capabilities beyond traditional approaches.
- • Maintain proficiency in Golang and Python to contribute directly to system design, code reviews, and technical decision-making in core platform services.
- • Ensure security and privacy capabilities remain resilient and adaptive as the platform scales across multiple product lines and customer environments.
- • Own the technical integrity of platform-level security controls, including data protection, access governance, and threat modeling across distributed microservices.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security priorities with business objectives, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging threats and industry standards to evolve the platform’s security posture proactively, not reactively.
- • Lead technical discussions and decision-making for high-impact security initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across engineering teams.
- • Contribute to the culture of security ownership by promoting best practices, documentation, and automation across the engineering organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related engineering field
- • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • Deep expertise in distributed systems, large-scale system design and architectural patterns
- • Hands-on experience with product security
- • Demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects
- • Proficiency in Golang and Python
