  • • This role ensures project controls are maintained throughout the lifecycle of assigned tasks, manages multiple demands and shifting priorities, and tracks plan performance and timelines while communicating expectations to business partners to support local strategy development and business objective achievement.
  • • As part of Allstate’s innovative and mission-driven team, the analyst works within a company with over 90 years of leadership in insurance innovation—from advocating for seat belts and air bags to leading in telematics, pricing sophistication, and device and identity protection—where employees are empowered to challenge the status quo and shape the future of protection.

  • • Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to interpret data and support business decisions
  • • Excellent communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with business partners
  • • Foundational knowledge of insurance product, pricing, and risk management concepts
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track project timelines, and adapt to shifting business needs
